About Me

You can call me Vanille! I'm a virtual creator, full time Clinical Counseling student, and therapist in training. I speak both English only, and I go by She/They!I was diagnosed with C-PTSD, Anxiety, and Autism, and I advocate for inclusivity, disability rights and acceptance, along with the creation of welcoming spaces for neurodivergent individuals. I am also in a long-term relationship with my significant other!

I'm a full-time masters student who has been studying psychology, counseling, and sociology for years. Aside from that, I create motivational and educational content to help those understand and pursue the betterment of their mental health.

my mission

My mission is to normalize mental health and to help others along with their mental health journey, along with creating a space to disconnect healthily. If I can help by offering information from my degree or through my motivational content, then that's one step forward I'm willing to take. I also want to create a community where people don't feel ashamed about their mental health, and can talk with a creative and loving community who are happy to have them there!My dream would be to work with brands who are open to mental health, are conscious about sensory issues, and want to help people feel confident in themselves and their abilities!

What i advocate for

I'm a huge advocate for mental health, disability awareness, and the de-stigmitization of mental health. The communities and spaces I build are moderated to be inclusive, welcoming, and supportive, but also protected, and watched carefully. While we may be mental health positive, we understand that we are not therapists, and have our limits. Therefore, if something is too much to handle, we do what we must to protect the community, and suggest the individual get help outside of the server and its members! I do not tolerate disrespect or mockery of anyone's identity or condition.I also do not support AI generated content/art in the slightest, and do not collaborate with brands or individuals who use it.

I like talking about the mental health knowledge I have learned through my degree. This includes talking about it frequently in streams and creating motivating content for my viewers. I always try to make the listener feel heard, while maintaining boundaries, and letting them know it's ok to seek help.A majority of these conversations come about during my coworking streams, in which I am typically writing essays for my degree, and have cited knowledge on hand.
